- Tags and labels must remain attached.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., different size or design), please mention it while requesting a return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of wrong or defective items sent by us).
